Initial psychiatric evaluation
60 to 90 minutes.

Most commercial insurance providers have an out-of-network benefit, typically 50–70% of the allowed amount. A superbill can be provided for reimbursement.

Submit the superbill to your insurer and any reimbursement is paid directly to you. Rates vary by plan, so it is worth calling your insurer before your first visit to ask what they cover.
Cancellation policy
A refundable deposit of $150 is collected when you schedule a new patient appointment. This is applied to your first visit and refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged the full appointment fee.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or who are not using insurance have the right to receive a written estimate of what their care will cost. Kathleen provides a Good Faith Estimate before your first visit, and you can ask for an updated one at any point in your care.
